Check-in and check-out times 

Check-out before 10 am 

Check-in from 11 am 

Early check-in / late check-out on request, extra charges apply, depending availability 

Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free.  

Above 3 years old there will be an extra charge per person per night when using an available extra matress. 

To confirm your booking we need to receive 100% of the total amount. 

Full refund: You will receive 100% of the deposit if you cancel before 30 days prior to arrival date.  

Partial refund: You will get refund of 50% of the deposit if you cancel before 15 days pre-arrival.  

The deposit is non-refundable from 15 days prior to the arrival date. 

Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no show and no refund will be given. 

There will be no refunds for early departures, medical emergencies, for breakdowns of air conditioner, appliances, etc, if said breakdown is due to weather or other conditions over which the owner has no control.
